Below are a few of the functions that we perform for our clients

  • Create colleague-centric Employee Experience frameworks using various tools and techniques.
  • Manage change, transformation, and business improvement initiatives using Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
  • Develop Corporate Communication and Employee Voice tools (surveys, focus meetings, stay and exit interviews).
  • Gather EX-related information for impact analysis and assessment.
  • Advise, develop, and conduct full recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Policy and process improvement to ensure alignment with Employee Experience improvement initiatives.
  • Assessing training requirements and providing online and off-site delivery.
  • Consulting on culture change requirements for the improvement of the Employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) and branding.
